Taco Tuesday!
Who doesn’t love the occasional taco? We do! Alright, maybe more than occasionally. 😉 Honestly, I need my taco fix once a week. 🙂 I have this Beef Barbacoa in the Crock Pot now, and it smells amazing! I’m all for recipes that use my Crock Pot. It cuts my work way down, plus, the meat is always tender. I’ll update this post tomorrow and let you know how it turned out.
