Tami is the best!! She helped us search for the perfect home within our budget which wasn't an easy job. She was patient with us and went out of her way to make sure we found exactly what we were looking for. She is extremely knowledgeable about the market, comps and the best areas to invest in buying a home. When we came across the house we wanted, the sellers were looking for a 10 day escrow which I didn't think would be possible.

Tami went above and beyond and put us in contact with multiple lenders to ensure we were still getting the best rate possible and we were able to close on time! She always puts her clients needs first and doesn't stop until they are satisfied. I would recommend her to anyone, not only is she a great realtor but an awesome person and anyone would be lucky to work with her!

Tami helped my step-daughter's family find a home. Not an easy task since they were moving from Chicago to Southern California and was on a limited time and didn't know where they wanted to live. Tami Bowden is a wonderful realtor who knew even cross country, just want we were looking for from a home, and a lifestyle for our children. In our particular case we needed to sell our house and get into a new one in a very short time frame due to my wife being almost 7 months pregnant. While on a professional level the top notch advertising, the negotiation skills, and diligence Tami provides would be more than you could ask for. My wife and I have purchased several homes over the years, and we have used a number of agents along the way. Tami was by far the most charismatic and attentive agent we have ever used. She knows her market and the buying process EXTREMELY well. There was an instance where we absolutely fell in love with a home and in our emotional state would have signed any deal.
