French Dip Sliders

You know those nights when you’re running late, your husband is hungry, the kids are searching through cupboards, and you don’t want to deal with making a big production of dinner?  Of course you do!  We’ve all been there.  Sometimes you just need something quick, easy, and good!  This is that dish!  I worked late one night last week and knew I wouldn’t have time to make a regular meal before my husband would be filling up on chips and salsa.  So I threw this together and it was awesome!  A quick easy, hot meal that was delicious!  You may want to take the time and pin this recipe on Pinterest, now!  It’s a keeper!
